What you will do

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolment targets
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that support student recruitment goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and prospective students
  • Provide advice and guidance on courses, admissions processes, and student pathways
  • Report on recruitment activities, market trends, and student pipeline

What we are looking for

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in student recruitment, education sales, or a related role
  • Previous experience working in and/or with an RTO/CRICOS provider will be highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of the international and domestic education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve set targets/KPIs
  • Fluency in English; additional languages will be highly regarded
  • Positive attitude, strong follow-through, and a results-driven mindset
