What you will do

Welcome and guide prospective students through early enquiries, appointment preparation, and basic next steps
Support the team with study abroad application checklists, document follow-ups, and student file organization
Learn how visa and travel preparation works, then assist with simple tracking, reminders, and student communication
Help create simple social media ideas, student success snippets, and educational content that makes global opportunities feel reachable
Assist during office events, information sessions, calls, and walk-in consultations when needed
Keep student information handled carefully, professionally, and only within approved team processes

What we are looking for

Recently completed or nearly completed a diploma or degree in Communication, IT, Education, Hospitality, Travel & Tours, or a related field
Curious about international travel, study abroad pathways, visa processes, and how students prepare for life overseas
Comfortable speaking with students and families in a respectful, clear, and helpful way
Able to support simple digital tasks, social media ideas, document organization, and application follow-ups
Energetic, reliable, open to feedback, and ready to learn from a busy student-facing team
Good written and spoken English; Swahili is a strong advantage

What you will learn

How international education advising works from enquiry to application support
How student visa preparation, travel readiness, and documentation timelines are coordinated
How to communicate confidently with students, parents, partners, and internal team members
How education brands use content, social media, and follow-up to build trust
